Connect ChatGPT Plus/Team to InsightfulPipe so you can ask for live marketing data.

Requirements

  • ChatGPT Plus or Team (free tier doesn’t allow MCP connectors).
  • At least one connector active inside InsightfulPipe.

Setup (5 Minutes)

  1. Enable Developer Mode
  • Settings → Connectors → Advanced → Developer Mode ON.
  1. Add MCP Servers
  • Click Add MCP Server and paste the connector URL (e.g., https://google-ads.insightfulmcp.com/).
  • Add as many as you need—one per platform.
  1. Authenticate
  • When prompted, sign in with your InsightfulPipe account.
  • ChatGPT stores a secure token so it can call the connector.
  1. Use It in Chat
  • Start a new conversation.
  • Open the Connectors panel, toggle on the server(s), and mention the brand in your question.

Tips

  • Name servers clearly (“Google Ads – Brand A”) so you can toggle the right one.
  • Re-authenticate if ChatGPT says the connector failed—usually after changing your InsightfulPipe password.
  • If a connector doesn’t appear, double-check that it’s active in InsightfulPipe and you copied the exact URL.
