Connectors

Connectors are one-to-one links between InsightfulPipe and the marketing platforms you use.

Fast Definition

  • **Connector** = one authenticated account (Google Ads ID, Meta ad account, Instagram page, etc.).
  • **Lives inside** exactly one brand.
  • **Purpose** = let your AI pull live data through MCP with zero manual exports.

Standard Flow

  1. Pick the destination brand.
  2. Open **Connectors**, choose the platform, and click **Connect Account**.
  3. Approve the OAuth prompt.
  4. Confirm the account + brand and save.

Repeat for every platform/account you manage. Each connector shows status badges (Active, Needs Reauth) so you know when to reconnect.

Good Habits

  • Name accounts clearly in the source platform so they’re easy to find in the Connectors table.
  • Reconnect immediately when you see “Needs Reauth” to keep MCP answers fresh.
  • Disconnect connectors you no longer need—this removes the token but never touches the ad account itself.
