Managing Connections

Every connector lives inside exactly one brand. Keeping that link clean is what lets you say “Show Brand A in Claude” without leaking other data.

See Which Connectors Belong to a Brand

  1. Go to Connectors.
  2. Use the Brand dropdown to filter.
  3. Review the table for account name, platform, and status (Active, Needs Reauth, etc.).

Add a Connector to a Brand

  1. Stay on the Connectors page and click the platform you need.
  2. Complete the OAuth prompt.
  3. When asked, pick the brand that should own the connector (or create it first if it doesn’t exist).

Move a Connector

  • Disconnect it from the current brand.
  • Run the connection flow again and select the new brand.
  • Repeat per connector—moves are one-at-a-time to keep audit trails clear.

Remove a Connector

  • Use the trash icon when a client offboards or credentials are no longer needed.
  • This does not touch the external ad/analytics account; it only deletes the InsightfulPipe credential and blocks MCP access for that brand.

Best Practices

  • Choose the target brand before you click “Connect” so you don’t have to redo the flow.
  • Rename accounts inside the source platform so the Connectors table is easy to scan.
  • Check the page weekly for “Needs Reauth” badges and reconnect immediately to keep prompts accurate.
