Bring Twitter/X Ads data into InsightfulPipe so you can evaluate promoted posts alongside other paid channels.

Data Available

  • Campaign, line item, and promoted post performance (impressions, engagements, clicks, conversions, cost metrics)
  • Objective-based results such as followers, website visits, or app installs
  • Device and placement splits

Requirements

  • X Ads (formerly Twitter Ads) account with Account Administrator or Campaign Manager access
  • Billing in good standing; paused or locked accounts cannot connect
  • Destination brand defined inside InsightfulPipe

Connect Flow

  1. Go to Connectors → X Ads → Connect Account.
  2. Sign in with your X Ads credentials and authorize InsightfulPipe.
  3. Pick the ad account, assign a brand, and save.

Troubleshooting

  • Account missing: ensure your X login has access to the ad account ID shown in Ads Manager.
  • Needs Reauth: reconnect whenever you change the Ads API password or revoke third-party access.
  • Currency mismatch: X locks currency at account creation; confirm before connecting if you need a specific reporting currency.
