Brands are the containers that keep each client, product line, or region separate inside a workspace.

Why They Matter

  • Keep connectors from different clients from mixing together.
  • Give AI a clear filter (“Use Brand X”) so answers stay relevant.
  • Provide a simple place to store context such as audience notes and tone.

When to Create a New Brand

  • You onboard a client or launch a product that needs its own reporting.
  • You want to sandbox experiments without touching live connectors.
  • A campaign has separate budgets and owners.

Quick Workflow

  1. Go to Brands and create or pick the brand.
  2. Add the key context (description, audience, competitors).
  3. Connect platforms to that brand from the Connectors page.
  4. Use the brand name in prompts: “For Brand Northwind, show…”
