Snapchat Ads MCP connector

The Snapchat Ads connector lets AI agents report on and manage Snapchat ad accounts through InsightfulPipe's hosted MCP server at https://snapchat-ads.insightfulmcp.com/. It covers organizations and ad accounts, stats for campaigns, ad squads and ads, creatives and media, audience segments, and create or update actions for campaigns, ad squads, ads and creatives.

Actions: 43 (35 read, 8 write). Workspace owners, admins and operators choose which actions each connected account exposes, and destructive actions are off by default.

What agents can do

Stats: ad account, campaign, ad squad and ad stats such as impressions, swipes, spend, video views and conversions, with a breakdown by campaign, ad squad or ad.
Structure: list organizations, ad accounts, campaigns, ad squads, ads and creatives.
Media: list media and get media details, previews and thumbnails.
Audiences: list your audience segments.
Management: create and update campaigns, ad squads, ads and creatives.

Before you connect

A Snapchat login with access to the ad account in Ads Manager.

Connect Snapchat Ads

In the InsightfulPipe app, open Connectors, choose Snapchat Ads and click Connect.
Sign in with Snapchat and approve access.
Select the ad accounts to connect.
Add the MCP server to Claude, ChatGPT or another client, then click Authorize access.

Permissions and safety

Create and update actions change live campaigns, so confirm changes before running them.
The connector has no delete actions. Owners, admins and operators can still turn off individual write actions in Configure actions for this account.

Limits

Stats aren't broken down by age, gender, location or interests.
Lens ads report the same stats as other ads, with no lens-specific interaction metrics.

Troubleshooting

An ad account is missing: check that your Snapchat login has access to it in Ads Manager, then reconnect.
"This action is disabled for this connected account." An owner, admin or operator must enable it.
