Requirements

  • Snapchat Ads Manager login with access to the ad account

Connect Steps

  1. Navigate to Connectors → Snapchat Ads → Connect Account.
  2. Log into Snapchat Ads Manager and approve the permissions.
  3. Select the ad account, choose the brand, and finish the flow.

Troubleshooting

  • Missing conversions: double-check that your Snap Pixel/App events are attributed to the same ad account.
  • Needs Reauth: reconnect whenever Snapchat rotates the access token.
  • Multiple ad accounts: run the connect flow for each one; name them clearly in Ads Manager so they are easy to pick from the list.
