Introduction

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the Insightful Pipe website, web app, MCP connectors, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by Insightful Pipe (“Insightful Pipe,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By accessing, creating an account, clicking to accept, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Service and must discontinue use immediately.

Supplemental terms, policies, or product-specific agreements that we post or provide through the Service are incorporated into these Terms by reference. We may update or modify these Terms at any time in our sole discretion. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after the date the revised Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes, and you waive any right to receive individual notice of updates. Please review the Terms periodically to ensure you understand the obligations that apply.

The Service is intended for use in jurisdictions where our operations comply with local law. It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing or using the Service is lawful in your location. If any registration, licensing, or compliance requirement applies to you, you must satisfy it before using the Service. We make no representations that the Service or its content is appropriate or available outside the United States.

1. Eligibility and Compliance

You must be at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and reside in a jurisdiction where use of the Service is lawful. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use complies with all laws, regulations, and industry rules applicable to you.

The Service is not designed for or intended to process regulated data subject to specialized laws such as HIPAA, GLBA, FISMA, or similar regimes. If your data or obligations require compliance with those laws, you must not use the Service for that purpose.

Accessing the Service from outside the United States is done at your own initiative, and you remain responsible for compliance with any local laws that apply.

2. Accounts

Registration: To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

Credentials: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and any other credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You are liable for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you.

3. Acceptable Use and User Responsibilities

You agree that you will not, and will not permit anyone else to:

• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Upload or transmit data that infringes, misappropriates, or violates any third-party rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems, or interfere with their integrity or performance.
• Misuse MCP connectors or integrations to access data you are not legally entitled to access or to bypass security controls.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools except as expressly permitted in writing by us.
• Submit misleading, inaccurate, or fraudulent information, including when creating or configuring connectors.

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and content of data you route through the Service, including compliance with third-party platform terms that apply to your connectors and API integrations.

4. Intellectual Property

Ownership: All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Insightful Pipe or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

5. Links to Third-Party Websites and Services

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Insightful Pipe. We do not endorse or assume any responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third parties. You acknowledge and agree that Insightful Pipe is not liable for any damage arising from your use of any third-party content or services. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.

6. Third-Party APIs

Our Service integrates with external third-party application programming interfaces (APIs) to enable various features and functionality. You agree to comply with all terms, policies, usage limits, and security requirements imposed by those third-party APIs.

If a third party revokes, suspends, or modifies its API or terms, we may modify or discontinue the related connector or feature without liability. You are solely responsible for maintaining any necessary agreements or consents with those third parties.

7. AI Output and Data Accuracy

When you route data, prompts, or instructions to artificial intelligence providers (including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or others) through the Service, those providers process the inputs under their own terms. Insightful Pipe does not control, review, or verify the outputs they generate, and we do not represent that any output is accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose.

You must independently evaluate and verify AI-generated or transformed content before relying on it. You are responsible for any decisions or actions taken in reliance on such content and for ensuring your use complies with applicable law and provider policies.

8. Service Availability and Modifications

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service (including connectors, features, or pricing) at any time without liability. We are not responsible for delays, outages, or failures caused by third-party services, AI providers, hosting platforms, or events beyond our reasonable control.

We may release updates or changes automatically. Your continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the modified Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without notice or liability, if you breach these Terms or we reasonably believe your use poses risk to us or others. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, and you remain responsible for fees incurred up to the termination date.

10. Charges and Payments

Free vs. Paid: Some features of the Service are free; others require a paid subscription. We currently do not sell one-time licenses.

Billing: By subscribing to Paid Services, you authorize us (or our payment processors) to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis. You agree to keep your payment information up to date.

Fee Changes: We reserve the right to introduce or change fees at any time. For subscription plans, fee changes will apply at the next billing cycle.

11. Refund Policy

Refund requests for monthly subscriptions must be submitted within seven (7) days of the initial purchase date. Refund requests for annual subscriptions must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the initial purchase date. Requests received after the applicable window are not eligible for a refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may be reduced by non-refundable transaction fees charged by payment processors such as Stripe.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Insightful Pipe disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Insightful Pipe or its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the fees you paid to Insightful Pipe for the Service during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability, or one hundred dollars (USD $100), whichever is greater. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, availability, or performance of third-party services, APIs, or AI providers accessed through the Service.

14. Data Backup and Loss

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of the data you submit to or generate through the Service. We are not liable for any loss, corruption, or deletion of data, including that caused by third-party platforms, connectors, AI outputs, or your configuration choices.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Insightful Pipe, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your data, connectors, or AI prompts; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights. We reserve the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification, and you agree to cooperate with our defense of such claims.

16. Electronic Communications and Signatures

Visiting the Service, sending us emails, and completing online forms constitute electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications, and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing. You consent to the use of electronic signatures, contracts, orders, and other records, and to the electronic delivery of notices and records of transactions initiated or completed by us or via the Service.

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Insightful Pipe is headquartered, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in that jurisdiction.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at our discretion. If changes are material, we will provide at least 15 days' notice before new terms take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

19. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with any policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Insightful Pipe regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, labor disputes, or internet failures.

The headings in these Terms are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. These Terms will not be construed against the drafting party.
