Prompts are reusable question templates that keep AI answers consistent and fast.

Two Types

  • Built-in prompts – curated by InsightfulPipe for common tasks (campaign overview, pacing check, keyword cleanup). Available to everyone.
  • Custom prompts – your workspace’s own recipes for recurring reports or client-specific language.

Why Use Them

  • Standardizes how the AI pulls data (“always include CPA + ROAS”).
  • Saves time—no need to remember the exact wording.
  • Reduces follow-up questions because the prompt already defines filters, date ranges, and format.

Typical Workflow

  1. Browse the library (Prompts → Built In) and try one inside your AI client.
  2. Duplicate it or create a new prompt when you find yourself writing the same request more than twice.
  3. Give teammates access so everyone is speaking the same reporting language.

Prompts chain together nicely with connectors: pick the brand, toggle the MCP server, then run the prompt that fits the question.
