Your workspace is the umbrella for everything—brands, connectors, prompts, teammates, and billing.

Key Facts

  • Each person can belong to multiple workspaces (agencies love this).
  • Limits such as connector count or seats are enforced per workspace via the subscription.
  • Inviting someone gives them access to every brand unless you add role-based restrictions.

Setup Snapshot

  1. Name the workspace when you first sign up (e.g., “Northwind Agency”).
  2. Pick a short URL slug (northwind-agency). This becomes app.insightfulpipe.com/a/northwind-agency.
  3. Invite teammates from the Workspace settings page when you’re ready.

Day-to-Day

  • Use the workspace switcher (top-left) if you work with multiple clients.
  • Subscription management, invoices, and plan upgrades all live under Workspace → Billing.
  • If you need a clean slate for testing, spin up another workspace—brands/connectors do not cross over.
