Inviting Members

Add teammates so they can run prompts, connect accounts, or handle billing.

Who Can Invite

  • Admins and Owners.
  • Seat limits still apply—check the Workspace → Subscription page if you’re unsure how many slots remain.

3-Step Invite

  1. Workspace Settings → Workspace → Invite Member.
  2. Enter the email + pick a role (start with User, promote later if needed).
  3. Send. The person receives an email with a link to join; if they don’t have an account yet, the link walks them through sign-up automatically.

You can resend or cancel pending invites from the same page.

Role Cheat Sheet

  • User: view + query only.
  • Admin: manage brands, connectors, prompts, and members.
  • Owner: everything Admins can do plus billing.

Stick to the lowest role that supports their job—less risk, less clutter.
