Creating Brands

Create a brand any time you onboard a new client, launch a product line, or need a dedicated space for connectors.

When to Add One

  • New client or business unit that shouldn’t share data with existing brands
  • Temporary launch or campaign that needs its own connectors
  • Internal testing space where you can safely experiment

Create a Brand in Under a Minute

  1. Go to Brands → New Brand.
  2. Enter the name using your team’s naming pattern (example: Client – Northwind Retail).
  3. Optional but recommended: add a short description, select an industry, and paste the public website.
  4. Click Create Brand.

The brand appears immediately in the sidebar and on every connector workflow.

After Creation

  • Add audience notes, tone guidelines, or competitors on the brand detail page so AI prompts have context.
  • Head to Connectors and attach the first platform; you cannot run MCP prompts until at least one connector is active.

Quick Tips

  • Decide on naming rules before multiple teammates begin creating brands.
  • Archive test brands once you’re done so the workspace list stays tidy.
  • If you accidentally duplicate a brand, delete the empty copy before connecting anything to it.
