Refund Policy
1. Acknowledgment of Terms
By placing an order, activating a subscription, or otherwise purchasing access to Insightful Pipe (“Insightful Pipe,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) products or services, you acknowledge and agree to follow this Refund Policy in addition to our Terms of Service and any other applicable agreements.
2. Refund Eligibility
Monthly subscriptions: Refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of the initial purchase date. Requests received after seven days are not eligible for a refund.
Annual subscriptions: Refund requests must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the initial purchase date. Requests received after thirty days are not eligible for a refund.
Scope: This policy applies to subscription plans sold directly by Insightful Pipe. Auto-renewal charges are not refundable once the renewal payment has been processed, unless required by applicable law.
3. How to Request a Refund
Contact our support team and include your account email, purchase date, transaction ID (if available), and a short explanation of why you are requesting a refund. We may ask for additional information to verify the request and better understand the issue.
4. Refund Method and Deductions
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, unless we mutually agree on an alternative. Please allow up to thirty (30) days for the credit to appear, depending on your financial institution.
Refund amounts may be reduced by non-refundable processing fees charged by our payment partners (including Stripe) or other third-party transaction costs tied to your purchase. In certain cases, we may approve only a partial refund to account for usage that has already occurred or discounts that were applied. Payments made with prepaid cards or gift cards may be refunded only if the issuing provider supports refunds.
