Disclosure: InsightfulPipe publishes this and is one of the 13 options ranked.
The verdict
The best LinkedIn MCP server in 2026 is InsightfulPipe. Of the 13 best LinkedIn MCP servers compared here, it is the only one that runs your Company Page, your profile and your LinkedIn Ads on LinkedIn's official API, with every action switched on or off per account. Deleting a post stays off until an admin switches it on, so it is the safest way to let an AI agent change a LinkedIn Page.
Four of the thirteen act through a signed-in session on a personal account, and one scrapes public pages. Of the eight that use LinkedIn's official API or the vendor's own LinkedIn integration, only InsightfulPipe and MCPBundles also build LinkedIn campaigns. Only InsightfulPipe creates every new campaign paused.
- Best overall: InsightfulPipe. Its hosted LinkedIn Pages MCP server gives an agent 38 actions, 27 read and 11 write, and its LinkedIn Ads server adds 28 more. From $29.99 a month.
- Safest write access: InsightfulPipe. Your admin sets the actions for every Page, profile and ad account, and a read-only connection locks every write until an admin reconnects it with read and write.
- Best for agencies: InsightfulPipe. One LinkedIn sign-in lists every Page you administer, each Page gets its own action list, and Growth covers 35 accounts for $89.99 a month.
- Best free option: stickerdaniel/linkedin-mcp-server. Free and Apache-2.0, but it runs on your own logged-in browser session, which its README says can get an account restricted, and it cannot post to a Page.
The best LinkedIn MCP servers at a glance

How we tested
We read every capability, default and price from each vendor's own documentation, pricing page or public repository, and ran InsightfulPipe on live accounts. We checked every page on 2026-09-30.
Criterion | What we checked |
|---|---|
Coverage | Does it run a Company Page, your profile or both, and with how many actions? |
Whose account | Does it use LinkedIn's official API, or a signed-in session on a personal account? |
LinkedIn Ads | Can the same product read and build LinkedIn campaigns? |
Control before a write | Can you choose actions per account, and does the vendor's server enforce it? |
New connection default | What can the agent do before anyone narrows it? |
Setup | Is it a sign-in and a URL, or a cookie, a local browser or your own developer app? |
Price | What does it cost to start, and is it per seat, per sender or per credit? |
Where a vendor's own pages contradict each other, we quote both and attribute them to the vendor. Where a capability is not published, we say "not published" rather than guess. Roadmap features stay out.
We checked LinkedIn too. It publishes no MCP server URL for Company Pages or profiles, and its developer portal's new Develop with MCP button leads to a page behind a developer sign-in. The official option LinkedIn does publish is a read-only beta LinkedIn Ads app that works only inside ChatGPT.

Fifteen more names get one sourced line further down. LinkedIn Ads-only servers, such as AdPlug and Pipeboard, stay out, because they never touch a Page or a profile.
The single question that splits this list
One question splits these thirteen: whether the agent works on your Company Page and ads, or on a personal inbox. Your Page, your posts and your ads live on LinkedIn's official API. Messages, invitations and people search do not, so every server that offers them acts through a session on a personal account.
If it is your Page, your posts and your ads, eight servers use LinkedIn's official API or the vendor's own LinkedIn integration. InsightfulPipe, MCPBundles, Composio and Zapier reach a Company Page. 2pr.io, Taplio, ContentIn and Postiv are content tools built around drafting in your voice. Only InsightfulPipe switches each action per Page, profile and ad account.
If it is outreach from a personal inbox, the list collapses to four: stickerdaniel, LinkupAPI, HeyReach and Salesforge. LinkedIn's help centre says it does not permit software that automates activity on its website, and that members who use such tools "risk having their accounts restricted or shut down."
If you only need public research data, Bright Data reads public profiles, companies, jobs and posts without signing in as you.

Multi-platform servers on LinkedIn's official API
Four of the thirteen are multi-platform MCP servers that reach LinkedIn through its official API, and each also touches LinkedIn Ads. InsightfulPipe leads them with 38 Page actions and 28 LinkedIn Ads actions your admin switches per account.
Best overall: InsightfulPipe
InsightfulPipe gives an AI agent 38 LinkedIn Pages actions and 28 LinkedIn Ads actions, and you decide which of them each account allows.

It is the pick if you want an assistant to report on and run your Pages, your profile and your LinkedIn ads within limits you set. Its 38 Pages actions cover:
- Follower analytics: totals, organic and paid gains over time, and demographics by function, seniority, industry, company size and location (fetch_follower_statistics)
- Page and post performance: page views by device, share statistics for the Page and each post, and video analytics (fetch_share_statistics)
- Publishing: text, link and poll posts as the Page or as you, and reshares (create_organization_post, reshare_organization_post)
- Engagement: comments and reactions on your posts, and commenting or reacting as the Page or as you
- Page context and your profile: admins, showcase pages, events, notifications, connections and follower growth
LinkedIn Ads on the same plan
The same plan includes InsightfulPipe's LinkedIn Ads MCP server: 28 actions, 18 read and 10 write. It reports cost by job title, seniority, industry and company size, and builds campaign groups, campaigns, creatives and lead gen forms. New campaigns start paused, for you to set live when they are ready, through update_campaign, an action your admin can switch off for any ad account.
Why it is the safest way to let an agent change a LinkedIn Page
Control makes InsightfulPipe the safest way to let an AI agent change a LinkedIn Page, because every limit is a switch and your admin decides where each one sits.
An owner, admin or operator picks exactly which actions the agent can use on each Page, profile or ad account, and can switch any of them on or off at any time. A switched-off action drops out of the agent's list, and the server refuses it if the agent calls it anyway. InsightfulPipe's server enforces this, not your AI client, so the limits hold in Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude Code and the CLI.
- Deletes start off. Deleting a post, comment or reaction stays off on a new connection until an admin switches it on, and a delete only runs on posts the selected Page or profile wrote.
- Read-only means read-only. Connect a Page as read-only and every write stays locked until an admin reconnects it with read and write.
- Roles hold. Members on the user role only get read actions on the accounts an admin grants them, and an owner or admin sets each person's role.

Claude users can add one more check. Every report runs through one tool, query_data, and every change through another, execute_action, so you can set execute_action to Needs approval in Claude's connector settings.
Why control per Page, not per workspace
A client's Page may need reports only, while your own Page needs posting. Postiv sets read only or read and write per connection, and Zapier scopes actions per MCP server. InsightfulPipe sets the action list per Page, profile and ad account, on every plan. Turn on the eight actions a reporting Page needs, and the model picks from eight instead of thirty-eight.
What else you get
- 50 platforms on every plan, plus a unified server, so one agent can put Page follower growth next to LinkedIn Ads cost per lead and GA4 sessions.
- LinkedIn Ad Library research through the ads libraries server.
- Every major AI client: Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor, Gemini CLI and Codex CLI, plus Claude's connector directory and the ChatGPT app directory.
- A CLI that runs the same reads and writes from a terminal, under the same per-action controls.
- Free Claude skills, including a Social Content skill for LinkedIn posts, and a free prompt library.

Pricing: Starter is $29.99 a month for 8 connected accounts, Growth $89.99 for 35 and Agency $299.99 for 150. Each Page and each profile counts as one account. Every plan includes every MCP server, the CLI and unlimited tool calls. Start a trial and connect your first Page read-only.
Where it is the wrong answer: if you post to one Page once a week and never report on it, you would be paying for more than you use.
Best for: marketing teams and agencies who want an assistant to report on and run Company Pages and LinkedIn Ads within limits they set, account by account.
MCPBundles
MCPBundles puts Pages, posts and ads on LinkedIn's official API, and its own pages disagree about comments.

Its LinkedIn post says the bundle "engages with comments and reactions" and runs ad campaigns on the same connection. Its skill page lists 42 tools, then says comment and reaction tools return 403 "until a Community Management developer app credential is connected." It also tells the agent how to create a campaign straight into ACTIVE status. The Free plan covers 25 tool executions a month, and Pro is $199.
Pros
- Company Page posts with images, documents, video and polls.
- LinkedIn Ads campaigns, creatives and analytics in the same bundle.
Cons
- Comments and reactions need your own LinkedIn developer app with Community Management.
- A new campaign can go live on creation, per its own skill page.
- Its Free plan stops at 25 tool executions a month.
Best for: developers who already run other tools through MCPBundles.
Composio
Composio wraps LinkedIn's API for agent builders, and its own pages count its tools two ways.

Its toolkit page lists 22 tools and its docs list 25, including posts, comments, Page and share statistics and three delete-post tools. The toolkit page promises to "Search profiles, post updates, and manage messages", yet neither list has a message tool. Its LinkedIn Ads toolkit has 28 tools, and none creates a campaign. The Hobby plan includes 100,000 tool calls a month.
Pros
- Page and share statistics on LinkedIn's API, with managed OAuth.
Cons
- Three delete-post tools, with no gate published.
- 22 tools on one page, 25 in the docs.
- Its LinkedIn Ads toolkit needs your own LinkedIn app and cannot create a campaign.
Best for: developers building LinkedIn into their own agent product.
Zapier MCP
Zapier's LinkedIn MCP names two posting actions and no read action.

Its LinkedIn page lists Create Company Update, Create Share Update and API Request (Beta), a raw HTTP call "that includes this integration's authentication." You choose which actions the endpoint exposes. Each MCP call uses two tasks, so the free plan's 100 tasks come to 50 calls. Its LinkedIn Ads app manages audiences and creates reports, with no campaign action.
Best for: teams already on Zapier who want an agent to post Page updates.
Content tools with a LinkedIn MCP
Four of the thirteen are LinkedIn content tools that added an MCP server, built around drafting and scheduling your own posts. None of them reaches LinkedIn Ads, and each needs its own subscription.
2pr.io
2pr.io runs your LinkedIn content from an agent, and its blog and its docs describe its safety differently.
Its MCP docs list 45 tools for drafts, media, scheduling, publishing, an engage inbox and analytics, on accounts connected through LinkedIn's official OAuth flow. Its roundup promises "confirmation-first destructive calls and server-side over-posting guardrails." The docs list post_publish and post_delete and describe only rate limits per token. Pricing is $49 a month, or $24 a month billed yearly.
Pros
- Image, carousel and video posts through MCP.
- Multi-profile covers personal profiles and Company Pages.
Cons
- Its docs publish no confirmation step, while its blog promises one.
- No LinkedIn Ads tools.
- No follower-demographics tool among its analytics tools.
Best for: founders who write and schedule their own posts from Claude or Cursor.
Taplio
Taplio's MCP drafts, schedules and comments from your assistant, through your Taplio account.
Its MCP page lists 27 tools your AI can use, including eight new comment and reply tools. It runs on your Taplio account with no scraping or browser automation, per that page, and says "Nothing publishes without your explicit confirmation." Plans run $39, $69 and $199 a month, and the pricing table ticks the MCP on each.
Pros
- Images and video attach to drafts through MCP.
Cons
- Its MCP page names no Company Page tools.
- No LinkedIn Ads tools.
- No per-account or per-tool switch is published.
Best for: creators who already plan their posts in Taplio.
ContentIn
ContentIn's MCP writes posts in your voice and asks before it publishes, and it comes only with the Pro plan.
Its MCP page lists eleven tools, from voice drafts and publishing to post analytics and leads. You authorise with a key created in ContentIn, one per profile, and "Nothing is ever published without your explicit yes." Pro, which includes the MCP, is $59 a month, or $48 billed yearly, per its homepage.
Pros
- Leads drawn from people who reacted to or commented on your posts.
Cons
- A key pasted into your client, not an OAuth sign-in.
- Its setup guide covers Claude and Cursor; its roundup says the guide covers ChatGPT too.
- No LinkedIn Ads tools and no follower analytics tool.
Best for: writers whose LinkedIn content already runs through ContentIn's ghostwriter.
Postiv
Postiv brings drafting, visuals and scheduling into Claude, and new connections start with write access.
Its LinkedIn MCP page covers research, drafts, images and carousels, scheduling and cached analytics, for your profile and any Company Page in your workspace. Its schedule action queues a post instead of publishing it, and approvers set on a profile still apply. It also says "New connections default to Read & write; Read only is also available." Creator Pro, which lists MCP access, is $49.50 a month billed yearly.
Pros
- Scheduling queues posts rather than publishing them at once.
Cons
- New connections default to read and write.
- Its analytics are cached, not live, per its own page.
- No LinkedIn Ads tools.
Best for: content teams already planning posts in Postiv.
Outreach servers that act as you
Four of the thirteen send messages or invitations, and each does it through a signed-in session on a personal LinkedIn account. LinkedIn's help centre says members who use tools that automate its website risk restriction.
stickerdaniel/linkedin-mcp-server
stickerdaniel's server has 3,673 GitHub stars, runs on your own browser session, and its README warns about your account.
The repository is Apache-2.0, pushed on 2026-09-29. Its 19 tools read profiles, companies, jobs, your feed and your inbox, search people, companies, jobs and posts, and write two things: a message and a connection request. It drives a Patchright browser on your machine and, by default, imports the LinkedIn session from a browser you already use. Its README says "accounts using automated tools can be restricted or banned." Its sponsor, Cadenza, sells a hosted version.
Pros
- Free, with 19 tools.
Cons
- It runs as you in a browser session, which its README says can get an account restricted.
- No tool publishes a post or reads Page analytics.
- It imports your everyday browser's LinkedIn session by default.
Best for: developers reading their own inbox and search results from a terminal, at their own risk.
LinkupAPI
LinkupAPI sells LinkedIn outreach to agents by the credit, and its own pages disagree about ChatGPT.

Its MCP server runs searches, messages, invitations, InMails and follow-ups from connected accounts, across LinkedIn, email and WhatsApp. Its security page says sessions are "encrypted, isolated per account." Its MCP FAQ says it alerts you before an account gets flagged "instead of imposing blind daily limits." Basic is $29 a month for 500 credits.
Pros
- One server for LinkedIn, email and WhatsApp outreach.
- No per-account fee on any plan.
Cons
- It acts through sessions on personal LinkedIn accounts.
- No daily limits: it alerts you instead.
- Its MCP page lists ChatGPT connectors; its roundup says ChatGPT "does not consume MCP directly."
Best for: products that build outreach for their own users.
HeyReach
HeyReach lets an agent run LinkedIn outreach campaigns, and every sender is another seat.
Its MCP can "split lead lists, create LinkedIn campaigns with custom messages, tag replies by sentiment", per its pricing page, and its MCP page says the MCP itself costs nothing. Growth is $79 a month per sender, where a sender is one LinkedIn account, and Agency is $999 for 25 senders. HeyReach calls itself a "LinkedIn automation tool" in its footer.
Pros
- Campaign building and reply tagging from chat, with daily limits per sender.
Cons
- It automates personal sender accounts, the kind of tool LinkedIn's help centre says it does not permit.
- Growth costs $79 per sender a month, so ten senders cost $790.
- No Company Page or LinkedIn Ads tools.
Best for: agencies already running outbound campaigns in HeyReach.
Salesforge
Salesforge puts LinkedIn steps inside cold email sequences, and its MCP comes with the Growth plan.
Its roundup says its MCP can "send LinkedIn connection requests and follow-up messages inside a multi-channel flow." Its pricing page counts profile views, connection requests and messages as Social Action credits, 1,000 a month on Growth, the plan that includes "Salesforge MCP & CLI."
Pros
- LinkedIn touches and email follow-ups in one sequence.
- Unlimited LinkedIn senders on Growth.
Cons
- LinkedIn actions run on sender profiles you connect, and its own roundup warns that LinkedIn does not allow software that automates its website.
- Its pricing page expects 400 to 500 Social Actions per profile a month; Growth includes 1,000 in total.
- Access follows the user account you connect, per its roundup.
Best for: outbound teams that already send cold email through Salesforge.
Public-data servers
One of the thirteen reads public LinkedIn data without signing in as you, and it cannot post, comment or report on your Page.
Bright Data
Bright Data reads public profiles and jobs at volume, and its LinkedIn page sells CAPTCHA bypass.
brightdata-mcp is MIT, with 2,663 stars. Its five LinkedIn tools return person profiles, company profiles, job listings, posts and people search from Bright Data's scraping infrastructure. Its LinkedIn page promises to "automate bypass of LinkedIn CAPTCHAs." Every account gets 5,000 requests a month at no cost, then $1.50 per 1,000 results.
Best for: researchers pulling public profiles and job listings into Claude Code or Cursor.
Other LinkedIn MCP tools you will see named
Fifteen more names come up for this search, each with one line from its own page. Most of them automate outreach, sell data or schedule a personal feed.

What an agent can do on a new LinkedIn connection
What an agent can do on day one depends on each server's defaults, and they differ more than the tool lists suggest. Ask four questions before you connect a Page or a personal account.
What can it reach before anyone narrows it? Postiv starts new connections on read and write, and MCPBundles' skill page shows the agent how to launch a campaign in one step. On InsightfulPipe you choose read-only or read and write before you sign in, and deleting a post, comment or reaction stays off until an admin switches it on.
Whose account carries the risk? stickerdaniel, LinkupAPI, HeyReach and Salesforge act as a person on LinkedIn. InsightfulPipe acts only through LinkedIn's official API, and you can disconnect any Page or profile in InsightfulPipe at any time.
What goes live the moment the agent acts? On InsightfulPipe, a post, comment or reaction goes live when the agent sends it. Where a person should press publish, switch create_organization_post off for that Page, or set execute_action to Needs approval in Claude. On LinkedIn Ads, new campaigns start paused. LinkedIn rejects a paused status on a new campaign group or creative, so those start active while the campaign inside stays paused. Switch update_campaign and update_campaign_group off where the agent should build but never spend.
What happens when nobody is watching? An approval prompt on every write stops a scheduled or overnight run at its first change. A boundary set on the server lets the agent plan inside it and finish. That is why InsightfulPipe is the safest of the servers that can write: every limit sits where your admin puts it, and every one is a switch.
Which should you choose?
Choose InsightfulPipe if you want an assistant to run Company Pages and LinkedIn Ads within limits you set, account by account. Choose a content tool or an outreach tool only if that one job is all you need.
- You want an assistant to report on and run Company Pages and LinkedIn Ads: InsightfulPipe. 38 Pages and 28 Ads actions switched per account, deletes off until an admin switches them on, from $29.99 a month.
- You run an agency with many client Pages: InsightfulPipe. One sign-in lists every Page you administer, each gets its own action list, and Growth covers 35 accounts for $89.99 a month.
- You only need reports, in any AI client: a read-only InsightfulPipe connection, which locks every write until an admin reconnects it with read and write.
- You want a ghostwriter for your own posts: a content tool such as 2pr.io, Taplio, ContentIn or Postiv, none of which reaches LinkedIn Ads.
- You need messages and invitations from a personal account: an outreach tool, with the account risk LinkedIn's help centre describes.
- You are building your own agent product: Composio's SDK.
You can run more than one. MCP clients support several servers in one session.
Connect InsightfulPipe to Claude in three steps
Connecting InsightfulPipe takes a LinkedIn sign-in and one URL, with no developer app, no cookie and nothing to install.
- In InsightfulPipe, open Connected accounts, choose LinkedIn Pages, pick read-only or read and write, then sign in with LinkedIn and select your Pages, plus your profile if you want it.
- In Claude, add InsightfulPipe from the connector directory, or open Customize > Connectors, click +, choose Add custom connector and paste
https://linkedin-pages.insightfulmcp.com/. Click Connect. In Claude Code, runclaude mcp add --transport http linkedin-pages-mcp https://linkedin-pages.insightfulmcp.com/. - Open the Page's actions, keep the ones you want, and ask your first question.
The same URL works in ChatGPT, Cursor, Gemini CLI and Codex CLI, and the LinkedIn Pages MCP server page walks through each client. LinkedIn Ads connects the same way at https://linkedin-ads.insightfulmcp.com/.

What the other vendors do not publish
Several vendors leave key facts unpublished, so nobody can check their claims against anything.
- HeyReach: no tool list for its MCP.
- 2pr.io: the confirmation step its blog describes, nowhere in its MCP docs.
- MCPBundles and Composio: no per-account or per-action limit for their LinkedIn tools.
- LinkupAPI: no daily limit figure; it monitors and alerts instead.
What we would not recommend
Two more names show up for these searches, each with a documented reason to skip it.
- adhikasp/mcp-linkedin: its repository returns a 404, yet 2pr.io's roundup still lists it.
- felipfr/linkedin-mcpserver: its README promises profile search and messaging over the LinkedIn API, and its last commit was on 2025-03-28.
