Yes, with the controls in place. New campaigns, ad groups and ads start paused and the server cannot activate them, so launching always happens in Pinterest Ads Manager. There are no delete actions. You can connect ad accounts as Read-only, and on Read & Write accounts owners, admins and operators choose exactly which actions each ad account exposes, and your AI is given exactly that set; anything outside it is blocked. Budget, bid and targeting edits on items that are already live take effect right away.

Yes. When you sign in with Pinterest, InsightfulPipe lists the ad accounts you can access and you choose which ones to connect. Each connected ad account counts as one connection on your plan, and team members with restricted access only get read actions on the ad accounts granted to them.

You connect Pinterest Ads to InsightfulPipe with Pinterest OAuth and choose Read-only or Read & Write access. Your AI client then signs in to the MCP server with your InsightfulPipe account and receives an InsightfulPipe access token, not your Pinterest login. You can disconnect an ad account in InsightfulPipe at any time.

It cannot activate or delete campaigns, ad groups or ads, and it does not manage organic pins and boards; use the Pinterest Pages MCP server for those. The analytics actions cover up to the last 90 days, and async reports use a write action, so they need a Read & Write connection.
