Google Search Console MCP Server

No. InsightfulPipe is an independent, hosted MCP server that uses the Google Search Console API. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google. As of September 2026, Google does not publish an official Search Console MCP server, and Search Console is not on Google Cloud's list of Google-managed MCP servers.

Yes. In Claude, add https://google-search-console.insightfulmcp.com/ as a custom connector and authorize your InsightfulPipe account. You can also add InsightfulPipe from the Claude Directory, which connects all of your linked accounts at once.

Yes. Add the server URL as a custom connector in ChatGPT Developer mode, or add InsightfulPipe from the ChatGPT app directory to connect all of your linked accounts. Developer mode availability depends on your ChatGPT plan.

Search performance (clicks, impressions, CTR and average position) by date, query, page, country, device and search appearance, for web, image, video, news, Discover and Google News results. It can also list your properties and sitemaps, and inspect URLs for index status, canonical, crawl and rich result details.

Not at the moment. Sitemap submission and removal actions are built, but they are currently switched off for all accounts, so every Search Console connection works as read-only. URL inspection reports how Google sees a URL; it cannot request indexing.

No. The Search Console API does not expose the Core Web Vitals report or the Page indexing (coverage) report. Indexing status is available per URL through inspection. For Core Web Vitals and performance scores, use the PageSpeed Insights MCP server.

Search Console connections are read-only today, so your AI cannot change anything in Search Console. Owners, admins and operators can still turn individual actions on or off for each connected property, and disabled actions are hidden from your AI and blocked. Restricted team members only get read actions on the properties they have been granted.

You connect Search Console to InsightfulPipe with Google OAuth, using Google's read-only Search Console permission. Your AI client then signs in to the MCP server with your InsightfulPipe account and receives an InsightfulPipe access token, not your Google login. You can disconnect a property at any time.

Each search analytics request returns up to 25,000 rows, and larger result sets are paged. Batch inspection handles up to 50 URLs per call, and Google allows 2,000 URL inspections per day per property. Search Console keeps about 16 months of performance data, and the API has no Core Web Vitals, Page indexing, Links or manual actions reports.
